會議(yi)總結(jie)2023年上半年公司安(an)全(quan)、環保、生產目標指標和重(zhong)點工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)完成(cheng)情況及存(cun)在問題,部署下半年重(zhong)點工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)任務;表(biao)彰安(an)全(quan)生產月(yue)生產活動中表(biao)現突出的先進單位,先進單位代(dai)表(biao)合成(cheng)氨車間分享(xiang)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)經驗。會議(yi)集中觀看2023年上半年重(zhong)特大事故警示教育片,組織參會人員(yuan)進行安(an)全(quan)知識測試(shi)。
董亮(liang)就下一(yi)步工作提出四點(dian)要(yao)(yao)(yao)求:一(yi)是提高(gao)政治(zhi)(zhi)站位(wei)和思想認識(shi)。各(ge)(ge)單位(wei)尤其是主(zhu)要(yao)(yao)(yao)負責人要(yao)(yao)(yao)切實(shi)擔(dan)起(qi)責任(ren),把安(an)全(quan)生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)與主(zhu)題(ti)(ti)教育深(shen)入結合,從(cong)“學思想、強(qiang)黨性、重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)實(shi)踐、建(jian)新功”的角度對(dui)安(an)全(quan)生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)再認識(shi)再提高(gao),對(dui)各(ge)(ge)項(xiang)安(an)全(quan)生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)工作親自(zi)組織、親自(zi)部署推動(dong),多(duo)深(shen)入一(yi)線發現(xian)問題(ti)(ti)、解決(jue)問題(ti)(ti),落(luo)實(shi)落(luo)細(xi)各(ge)(ge)項(xiang)工作措(cuo)施(shi),堅決(jue)防(fang)(fang)范遏制各(ge)(ge)類事(shi)故發生(sheng)(sheng),以(yi)實(shi)際工作體現(xian)責任(ren)擔(dan)當。二是抓細(xi)抓實(shi)年度重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)點(dian)工作任(ren)務。各(ge)(ge)單位(wei)要(yao)(yao)(yao)圍繞年度重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)點(dian)工作任(ren)務,抓重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)點(dian)、難點(dian)問題(ti)(ti),從(cong)嚴(yan)從(cong)實(shi)從(cong)細(xi)抓落(luo)實(shi)見(jian)成(cheng)效。要(yao)(yao)(yao)統籌組織系(xi)統性工程(cheng),落(luo)實(shi)專(zhuan)項(xiang)管理措(cuo)施(shi),加(jia)強(qiang)教育培(pei)訓,完善制度和考核(he)機制,充分(fen)發揮“工業互(hu)聯網+”信息化數字化優勢。持(chi)續開(kai)(kai)展安(an)全(quan)培(pei)訓教育活動(dong),強(qiang)化員工應(ying)(ying)急技(ji)能(neng)掌(zhang)握(wo),切實(shi)提升(sheng)員工安(an)全(quan)意識(shi)和自(zi)救互(hu)救能(neng)力(li)(li)。三是推進各(ge)(ge)專(zhuan)項(xiang)行動(dong)走(zou)深(shen)走(zou)實(shi)。各(ge)(ge)單位(wei)要(yao)(yao)(yao)嚴(yan)格落(luo)實(shi)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)大(da)事(shi)故隱(yin)患(huan)(huan)專(zhuan)項(xiang)排(pai)查整(zheng)治(zhi)(zhi)2023行動(dong)方案(an)和安(an)全(quan)管理強(qiang)化年行動(dong)方案(an)要(yao)(yao)(yao)求。以(yi)強(qiang)烈責任(ren)感(gan)深(shen)入開(kai)(kai)展風(feng)險(xian)隱(yin)患(huan)(huan)排(pai)查整(zheng)治(zhi)(zhi),全(quan)面提升(sheng)隱(yin)患(huan)(huan)排(pai)查治(zhi)(zhi)理質量。要(yao)(yao)(yao)運(yun)用好信息化手段(duan),加(jia)強(qiang)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)大(da)危險(xian)源(yuan)包保履(lv)職管理,嚴(yan)格落(luo)實(shi)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)大(da)危險(xian)源(yuan)場所各(ge)(ge)項(xiang)風(feng)險(xian)管控措(cuo)施(shi),切實(shi)提升(sheng)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)大(da)危險(xian)源(yuan)風(feng)險(xian)防(fang)(fang)控能(neng)力(li)(li)。要(yao)(yao)(yao)緊盯(ding)各(ge)(ge)級專(zhuan)項(xiang)檢(jian)查發現(xian)的問題(ti)(ti)隱(yin)患(huan)(huan),嚴(yan)格按照隱(yin)患(huan)(huan)整(zheng)改“五落(luo)實(shi)”要(yao)(yao)(yao)求盡快(kuai)整(zheng)改銷號。四是做(zuo)好高(gao)溫(wen)汛期應(ying)(ying)急準備工作。各(ge)(ge)單位(wei)、生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)系(xi)統專(zhuan)業部門要(yao)(yao)(yao)針對(dui)夏季極端(duan)天氣多(duo)發的特點(dian),嚴(yan)格落(luo)實(shi)防(fang)(fang)雷、防(fang)(fang)靜電檢(jian)測工作,加(jia)強(qiang)現(xian)場巡查,落(luo)實(shi)各(ge)(ge)項(xiang)防(fang)(fang)范措(cuo)施(shi),防(fang)(fang)止(zhi)自(zi)然災害引發生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)安(an)全(quan)事(shi)故。要(yao)(yao)(yao)嚴(yan)格落(luo)實(shi)領導帶班(ban)(ban)值班(ban)(ban)制度,加(jia)強(qiang)應(ying)(ying)急值班(ban)(ban)值守和應(ying)(ying)急準備工作,把風(feng)險(xian)解決(jue)在萌(meng)芽之(zhi)時、成(cheng)災之(zhi)前。
王吉(ji)鎖在(zai)主持(chi)會議時(shi)要求,一是(shi)(shi)進(jin)一步做好本次(ci)會議精神宣(xuan)貫落(luo)實(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)作,強(qiang)(qiang)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)責任落(luo)實(shi)(shi),按照深化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)、精益化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)、信息化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)等工(gong)(gong)作要求,補(bu)短板強(qiang)(qiang)弱(ruo)項。二是(shi)(shi)以強(qiang)(qiang)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)班組安(an)(an)全(quan)管理(li)標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)運行管理(li)效(xiao)果(guo),抓好常態化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)管理(li),優(you)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)運行和審核(he),將標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)核(he)心管理(li)工(gong)(gong)具與信息化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)系統相關功能模塊運行融合。三是(shi)(shi)以有效(xiao)組織安(an)(an)全(quan)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)宣(xuan)傳培訓為(wei)抓手(shou),結(jie)合公司安(an)(an)全(quan)工(gong)(gong)作的實(shi)(shi)際需求拿出具體舉措,引(yin)導(dao)廣(guang)大員工(gong)(gong)充(chong)分學習和掌握公司安(an)(an)全(quan)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)建設內容。四是(shi)(shi)持(chi)續增強(qiang)(qiang)理(li)論(lun)深化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua),提升調查(cha)研究(jiu)水平;扎實(shi)(shi)做細成果(guo)轉化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua),加(jia)強(qiang)(qiang)問題整改(gai)落(luo)實(shi)(shi);抓好做實(shi)(shi)建章立(li)制,固(gu)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)成果(guo)推動發展。五是(shi)(shi)以抓好安(an)(an)全(quan)生(sheng)產各項工(gong)(gong)作為(wei)保(bao)障(zhang),重點(dian)推進(jin)重大隱(yin)患(huan)排查(cha)整治行動、安(an)(an)全(quan)管理(li)強(qiang)(qiang)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)年、雨(yu)污管網區域性整治等專項工(gong)(gong)作。
